James Mansaray

The face of Papas Pepe. A hard-working married father of 2. An avid Arsenal and Dallas Cowboys fan who loves life having fun and inspiring others. James is also a trustee of an international charity that he formed with his wife that supports former child soldiers in Uganda. James tried to have fun in all he does, and does not take life too seriously. Cooking however, has become a passion of his and states, 'the best part of cooking is seeing the joy it brings to peoples faces'. He has that same philosophy when cooking Papa's Pepe.
